TERMS & CONDITIONS WHEN MAKING BOOKING

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we require 48 hours notice. If cancelled or rescheduled after 48 hours a 50% charge we be applied. If you don't show up 100% of the appointment cost will be taken.

All appointments will finish at their scheduled time so that the next client is not delayed. If you are late for appointments, we can only treat you for the remaining appointment time or may not be able to perform the treatment at all. In both circumstances full treatment cost will be required.

No children or prams allowed in the salon. The salon is small and we cannot accommodate for children or prams. This inhibits us being able to complete your service to a high standard and it also can effect other clients within the salon. If you come with a child we will not be able to complete your treatment and you will be charged at the full appointment cost.

Please ensure you book in for the correct treatment as we are usually running back to back and will not be able to change on the day.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone being rude or disrespectful to our staff or other clients. This will result in a ban from the salon.

Due to the high quality of our work we do not work over other nail technicians work as we cannot guarantee the quality. We advise you to get your nails removed and start fresh with us.
​
It is your responsibility to book or pop in for a patch test. This is required 48 hours before your appointment.
​
All vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable. They are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
​
In the event you chip your nail we guarantee our work for 7 days from the day you had them done. If this occurs please pop in or message us via instagram or Facebook so we can book you for a repair. After 7 days would be charged.

All purchases and services are final and we are unable to give refunds. If you are unhappy please contact the salon manager and we will try our best to resolve the issue, We do not offer refunds, credit notes or redos if you simply changed your mind.

We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.
